A Myanmar native, Khin Nwe has over 20 years’ experience in Financial Accounting, Budgeting and Auditing with a background in overseeing entities Legislation and Regulatory Compliance, Corporate Governance policies and Supporting Joint Ventures. Before joining Ronoc, Khin Nwe worked as a Corporate Executive Secretary for IBTC, where she was also Head of Strategy Management Office and Financial Controller. Prior to that, Khin Nwe held several posts within the Ministry of Finance and Revenue Government of the Union of Myanmar. Khin New has a Masters in Development Studies (MDS) from Saitama University, Japan.

Oliver worked as Head of Research for Monet Capital, a Mongolian investment bank, brokerage, and research house, advising a number of funds and individuals on Mongolia-bound investments before heading the Ronoc Myanmar office in 2013.

Jeff brings over 20 years experience as CEO and Principal Software Architect of Thorn Technologies. Jeff has successfully designed and delivered scalable, distributed, high-volume & transaction enterprise software systems and Java based web apps for companies such as Sprint, Acxiom, Nokia, H&R Block, and Caesars Entertainment. Jeff previously worked as a Senior Software engineer for NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. Jeff has a M.S. Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University & a B.S. Previously, he served as SVP and GM in the company's U.S. prepaid business, relaunching American Express Serve (Amex’s US digital pre-paid platform) in 2013. Prior to moving to the U.S., Stefan spent ten years at a number of American Express divisions and functions in the UK and Continental Europe, and served as a board member on three JVs. Vice President Ronoc. Peter has a strong quantitative and analytical background, with experience in structured finance and trading in the global equity markets. Before joining Ronoc, Peter worked as an equity trader for FrontPoint Partners, an alternative asset management company wholly owned by Morgan Stanley. Prior to that, Peter was a quantitative analyst in the structured finance division of PMI, a global mortgage insurance and credit enhancement company. Peter holds a Bsc Econ and Mathematica Finance from University College Dublin and an Msc. in Quantitative Finance from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
