You can top-up anytime, anywhere as long as you have the equivalent E-money in your account.

See the below steps for Airtime Top-Up:

Sign in to Ongo with the Consumer account registered to your mobile. Press “Airtime Top-Up” from the Home Screen.

Select a Top-up amount (e.g. 1000ks, 3000 ks, etc.) to purchase. Note if your E-balance is insufficient, other higher top-up amounts will not be shown.

When the pop-up confirmation message appears, press “Confirm” to complete purchase. In the event of Top-Up errors, please call Ongo customer service at 09-450888996/997.
