Job Description,

• Perform daily technical operations based on requirements
• Works closely with Operation team
• Provide training to new client with operation team
• To perform all other duties as may be assigned by the supervisors
• Knowledge of relevant computer applications

 
Job Requirements,

• Any Graduate or Certificate/Diploma in IT
• Must have 1 or 2 years of working experience in operation or IT field.
• Medium skills in the following areas: PC / laptop hardware, software, mobile devices, android apps and web app.
• Possess strong problem solving skills, professional maturity, quick learner and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to situations as required
• Good in English communication skills.
